Despite efforts to reduce our dependence on animal products, the trend of eating more meat continues, particularly in developed countries where the average consumption is already at an all-time high. And as developing nations experience economic growth and greater access to meat, it's projected that this trend will only continue to escalate.

The ING arts and culture sponsorship aims to make Dutch arts and culture accessible to all. Through The Rembrandt Tutorials, Rembrandt can teach once again. But this time he doesn’t just have a select few pupils, but the whole country. And even the world.
Together with Rembrandt experts we created 6 painting tutorials voiced by Rembrandt himself. We analyzed his instructions from written material, his personality as documented by Rembrandt biographers, and his painting technique in order to recreate his style as a teacher.
Today, 350 years after the Dutch master passed away, he’s teaching the world to paint once again.

ElaN Languages’ online translation tool introduces ‘the unbias button’
A long line of research shows that the words we use directly affect the way we think. Whether we notice it or not, our language is infused with countless gender-biased words. In a sociolinguistic study it is clearly stated that ‘language appears to play a particularly important role in forming people’s attitudes toward gender and occupation’.
So how does this affect our daily lives? And what is the impact in the workplace The effects that gender bias has on language can influence women to be ‘less likely to apply for jobs with masculine suffixes’. The terms cameraman, mailman, fireman and salesman create a biased view on what we, as a society, think are appropriate roles for men and women.

Axe Black is an understated fragrance, inviting men to “Bring The Quiet”. We had to show men, silent is more attractive than loud, so we started the silent movement. In Taksim, infamous for being loud, we built a soundproof stage called ”Silent Window”. The passers-by saw their favorite bands but to hear them, connected their smartphones to our Wi-fi. Once connected, they weren’t able to use social media. We brought silence to Taksim and social media.

We challenged the “Boys Don’t Cry” mantra. The campaign, “Boys Do Cry”, redefined masculinity for men in sync with their feminine side. It captured empathic moments when emotions climax and overcome fear, prejudice and stereotypes.
The campaign epically depicted men publicly crying and owning the emotions that have been deeply suppressed. We celebrated their cries and the beauty of being unique by exhibiting bio art out of their tears.

Turning Twitter upside down
After the release of the main video with then took the campaign to social media to turn everything upside down. A twitter platform was created that allowed people to send cryptic upside down tweets and message to express their upside down moments.
